ORDERING AND PURCHASING GOODS FROM OUR SITE

We accept all major, internationally accepted credit cards.

You will only be charged when you place your order and only if the item requested is in stock.

For customers outside of the UK we will charge your card in Pounds Sterling and your card company will make the exchange into your local currency. As exchange rates vary you will have to check with your credit card company for the exact rate. We cannot be held responsible for any variation in exchange rates or for any monies lost due to fluctuations.

Prices and specification may change. MediCare reserve the right to make alteration to price and specification but will notify the customer in advance of filling their order should the need arise.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
