Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to our pharmacy prescription delivery service.
1 . Service Description and Delivery- We offer a next-day delivery service from the point that the prescription arrives at our pharmacy.
- Delivery timings may vary, and we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery on any given day. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
2. Patient Responsibilities
- Patients who are unavailable for regular scheduled deliveries (e.g., due to holidays, hospital stays, etc.) must notify the pharmacy in advance. Failed deliveries due to lack of notification will not be re-delivered.
- Patients must promptly advise us of any changes to their contact details including email, mobile number, or address.
- Patient payments must be up to date to ensure ongoing service provision.
3. Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries must be received by a person and each delivery must be signed for by an approved recipient. Patient representatives should be agreed upon with the pharmacy in advance.
- Medicines will not be posted through a letterbox or left in alternative locations.
- Medicines will be delivered to the address stated on the prescription or to an agreed alternative delivery address.
4. Subscription Management
- Patients have the right to cancel the service if it is no longer required.
- The pharmacy reserves the right to cancel the service for any patients who misuse the service or whose actions are deemed unacceptable by pharmacy staff, including delivery drivers.
- For Direct Debit Payments: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the subscriber.
- For in-branch payments you must ensure that payments are made at the end of each billing cycle.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable.
- We operate a ‘fair use policy’, allowing a maximum of one delivery per week.
- Undelivered medicines will be returned to the pharmacy on the day of the delivery.
6. Liability
- We will not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or through our website.

8. Data Protection
- Your confidential information will be processed and used for the prescription collection/delivery service under the current data protection requirement; this may include:
- Use of internal Delivery Driver records.
- Monitoring subscription payments.
- For record keeping purposes.
