Refund Policy
At Your MediCare Pharmacy we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service and products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or request a refund for an item you have purchased. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds and is in addition to your legal rights.
Returns and Refunds for Medicines
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for Over-the-Counter Medication and Dispensed prescriptions due to their nature and health and safety regulations. However, there are exceptions if:
· You received the wrong medication due to our error.
· The medication is damaged or unusable.
In these cases, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Returns and Refunds for Non-medicinal Products
You may return any non-medicinal product purchased from our pharmacy within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that:
· The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
· You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
· The product is not perishable or hygiene sensitive (e.g., cosmetics, baby products).
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:
· Personal items such as toothbrushes, razors, and thermometers.
· Special orders or customised products.
· Sale items (unless faulty or damaged).
· Items purchased on customer account have a non-refundable deposit
How to Return a Product
To return a product, please bring it to Your Local MediCare Pharmacy along with the original receipt. We will process your return and issue a refund if appropriate.
